Since this thing is still in beta but I'm still looking for something new to read...
Does anyone have any recommendations?
My favorite authors (in no particular order) are: Salman Rushdie, G.K. Chesterton, and Evelyn Waugh
thanks

Er, never heard of those authors... XD So I don't know what they write in order to make any suggestions. If you don't mind fantasy books, though, Terry Pratchett is a hillarious satirist you might consider looking into. My two favorite authors are E. E. Knight and Elizabeth Kerner.
