title of a book, woman murders stepdaughter and other children, keeps teeth for

I can't remember the title or the author, I read a novel a couple of years ago, a woman finds out that her stepmother, who has munchausans by proxy, making the main character and her sister very sick as children, also murdered at least one little girl years ago. The main character's sister died as a child as a result of the stepmother making her ill. Also the stepmother has a young teen daughter, who at the end of the novel goes to live with the main character. In a twist at the end of the book, it turns out that the teen daughter is also a killer, killing a young girl. Also both killers keep things from their bodies for use in a doll house, the teen killer keeps teeth for a floor. If anyone knows what the name of the book might be I'd appreciate any help. I think it was something similar to broken, or shattered. But I'm not sure and am having no luck finding it.

Well don't quote me, I've never read it, but a quick search through google (ah! Google   ) coughs up Sharp Objects by Gillian Flynn.

Sounds just about nasty enough to be what you're looking for...  Though I reckon some of your comments would amount to spoilers so aren't referenced in reviews - ie that the daughter was also a killer.

I know how frustrating it is to not be able to find a book - it's as bad as having that word on the tip of your tongue.  So hopefully this helps (or at least eliminates one of a b'zillion possibilities).
